STARTER:  Wedge Caesar Salad topped with Crostini Bruschetta 

MAIN COURSE: Salmon: Baked Salmon with cranberry thyme panko crust, 

served scalloped potatoes, carrots and Brussels sprouts,

MAIN COURSE: Pork: Roasted Pork Medallions drizzled with Marsala, caramelized onion and mushroom sauce,

served with scalloped potatoes, carrots and Brussels sprouts,
